Except for skin cancers, breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in the U.S. Breast cancer knows no boundaries - be it age, gender, socio-economic status or geographic location. Treating breast cancer involves methods such as chemotherapy,
radiation therapy and surgery. The side effects of some of these methods can cause damage to a survivor’s smile and teeth.
To increase awareness of breast cancer and to restore a survivor’s smile, Dr. Goel and West Chester Dental Group will donate veneers and/or anterior crowns to a survivor nominee of the Tri-State – a smile makeover worth $10,000!*
To nominate yourself, please submit a close-up photo. Also include a brief explanation of your breast cancer survival story (limit 150 words) and why you deserve a smile makeover.
Applications must be received by October 31, 2013. The winner is selected based on the essay and the viability of the smile makeover candidacy as discovered in the required consultation. Only one nomination per survivor. This prize is offered only to
survivors of breast cancer. Fraudulent submissions will be ignored.
* The treatment is comprised of anterior work to revitalize the survivor’s smile which consists of around eight anterior crowns or veneers. All nominations are required to visit our office in West Chester for a complimentary consultation with Dr. Goel.**
Depending on each case, the number of appointments to complete treatment varies, and treatments must be complete by February 28, 2014. This prize is not redeemable for cash. Please see official rules for more details.
**Each nomination will be encouraged to also give a $5 donation to Susan G. Komen of Cincinnati. Our goal is to increase awareness and raise funds for breast cancer research, so West Chester Dental Group will match all donations! Donations are encouraged,
